Shipping policy

Weedles Warehouse ships authentic graded trading card slabs (PSA, CGC, TAG and more), plus sealed product. Every order is packed to protect your cards in transit.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (applied automatically at checkout).
  • Standard shipping: $5.00 flat rate on U.S. orders under $75.

Processing (handling) time

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears, not counting weekends and U.S. holidays. During high-volume drops or releases, processing can take up to 3 business days.

Carriers & tracking

We ship mainly with USPS and sometimes UPS. Every order ships with tracking. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on destination and service level. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays can make transit longer.

Insurance & signature

Every order is insured. Orders over $750 require a signature on delivery.

Packaging

Slabs are securely packed with protective padding and shipped in a sturdy box.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped. We're not responsible for packages that are lost after the carrier confirms delivery to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

  • Damaged in transit: email weedleswarehouse@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the slab label/cert number and the packaging. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved. If approved, we'll send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. We don't offer replacements or exchanges.   • Lost in transit: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
  • Marked delivered but not received: check around your property, with neighbors and with your local post office, then email us. We'll help you file a carrier and insurance claim.
